formatting and proofreading of sp22 final projects #109

Follow-up to #108, check the formatting of the 4 sp22 final projects (e.g., headers look appropriate, links take you to the right place, spacing is correct) and do a general read-through to catch any typos or mistakes.

Check the pages "in situ" in the sandbox: https://cu-mkp.github.io/sandbox/ (under spring 2022), and edit, if needed, in the docs/ directory.

For the projects with footnotes, we want them to be linked and clickable (i.e., when you see a footnote in the text, you can click on it and it takes you down the page to the footnote content). To do so, they need to be formatted as follows:

In the text: ...color *rouge* and as red pigments and materials including lake, vermilion, cinnabar, and rosette.[^1]...

The "Discarded Cartographies" project, which is only linked as a pdf, does NOT need to be read over

If any projects link to things in the Google Drive (GD), we need to change those links! @catkins2019, let me know if that is the case for any of these by logging in this issue and we will figure out how to move these linked items out of the GD

Lang's counterproofing project, footnote 17 linked to her fieldnotes in GD -- this needs to be changed (it has currently just been omitted)
