Fn 8 does not render properly when published - it appears at the bottom of the appendices and is elided in the footnotes. It renders correctly if one is in Edit function of the md file in the sandbox docs. I cannot divine what is wrong.

Found the problem - a missing colon after the footnote number in the footnotes.
