Add raw data to Branscum SU21 project #41

Building on #33

Add raw data (csv) and any other related resources to Cures in Context: Medicine in Ms. Fr. 640 and Household Recipe Books

Determine best place to add this and whether other contextual info is needed

This spreadsheet has multiple tabs that should be separated into their own CSVs, but the each tab should be reviewed together before this is done to determine the best way to translate the data - currently the sheets are formatted to be more human readable rather than raw datasets that could be worked with more generally
