From #33, SU21 student projects were added as published Googledocs.

Convert and publish them as md

NOTE: some projects may link back to other googledocs (for example, Macomber "Pictures..."). These links should be changed to more sustainable resources. In the case of Macomber, the links are to GD fieldnotes which need to be converted and added to Field Notes repo anyway) --> moved to #43
