Feature - As a SO, I want the 404 search to default to searching just my site so that users are taken to another cu.edu site #78

CU Boulder currently doesn't include search in the 404 pages by default, but they do provide options for adding custom CSE instances to sites. A site like https://colorado.edu/business defaults to searching that specific site/directory, but allows users to search the entire domain.

Describe the solution you'd like

It would be ideal to use a site:[subdomain] option in the 404 search by default.
