Overview

Created BottomSheetScaffold in HomeScreen.kt.
Contains an editButton and LazyRow of locations.
Add LocationItem to be used on LazyRow in BottomSheet.
Added .png files of icons.
When editButton is clicked, the LocationItems will change: a remove button will be added.

I made some tweaks here to fix font weights and padding in commit 29215dc. Make sure to double check that your UI matches with Figma; please take a look at what I changed!
