Review and re-work default un-named keymap. Take best practices and most generic things from KEYMAP_CUB. See https://github.com/cub-uanic/tmk_keyboard/pull/11 for more details.

I think you wrote somewhere that this keymap should be a drop in replacement for ben blazaks default one. If that's the case then I'll be glad to adjust the layout accordingly. Your layer arangement and some keys are different from ben's default.
