Another layout in qwerty #8

another layout option, this one is a qwerty variant but geared towards c#/c/c++/java/javascript developers. Has dedicated keys for {, }, <, > and visual studio debugging keys on layer 1. I just started using it, so I do not consider it to be a proven layout yet and may require some tweaking. Also at some point I may add another layout layer (dvorak or colemak) once I get used to the ErgoDox.

Closing this request, now that I have the ErgoDox and have been using it I've found this layout to be troublesome and it needs some additional refactoring (some of the keys are pretty difficult when writing code.)
