Platform version: 6.10-7.1.0

Description of the bug or enhancement

Minimal reproducible example

Create a new BPM Process model
Add Script Task from the Activities group to the workspace
Select added Script Task
Open the script editing window
Сlick outside the bounds of the script editing window
Try open edit Script window

Expected behavior Script editing window has opened
Actual behavior Nothing happened
