Use _ separator for new entity names since 7.0 #179

Studio generates _ instead of $ since 7.0.

We need to switch to in CLI and generate entity Ids, corresponding screen Ids with by default.

Reopened. CLI generates screen ID with $ separator for entities which uses _ separator
