Basic addons are not the latest version is not updated after running the command `sdk check-updates` #38

Environment

Description of the bug or enhancement

  1. Run CUBA CLI
  2. Install not latest addon version (for example com.haulmont.reports:reports-global:7.2.1)
  3. Run sdk check-updates command

AR: message shows "All components are up to date" instead of update the addon. Also, not updating addons Full Text Search, Charts, Business Process Management.
