SDK does not remove installed addon #49

Environment

Description of the bug or enhancement

  1. Install a new addon (for example com.haulmont.addon.dashboard:dashboard-global:3.2.2)
  2. Remove addon from the previous step
  3. Run the list addon command and check that addon was removed

AR: Addon was not removed from the Installed CUBA addon components list
