Consider to give to user a chance to use already installed gradle #95

Currently during installation Cuba SDK downloads Gradle 6.6.1, but there can be no ccess to the internet at all and gradle distro present at the machine. Maybe it makes sence to give opportunity to specify already existed gradle distro during Cuba SDK setup
