Currently, the Learn section is quite separated from the Documentation section of the website. Once the user decides to click the link "Documentation" on the main menu of the website, there are no cross-links to the Learn section of the website and its subparts.
This is an overall problem of the website for helping the users to find the right information at the right time.
This Issue deals with the sub-problem of the Developer Manual in particular (https://doc.cuba-platform.com/manual-7.2/). For the documentation, there are several additional resources in form of the videos and guides in the Learn section that are worth mentioning and link in the different parts of the documentation.
This is one of the possible options to do a cross-link to other sections. Perhaps it can be marked with a dedicated icon on the left or alternative put on the right side of the text as tiles.
