Layout issue in report creation wizard for visual theme Havana #207

Environment

Platform version: 6.10

Description of the bug or enhancement

First of all, change the visual theme for Havana.

  1. Administration - Report management - Reports
  2. Create - using Wizard
  3. Select any entity and add multiple attributes
  4. Go to the Report creation (Step 2 of 3)

Actual:

Field names and values (Region, Entity, Attributes) are at different line levels

Updates

This behavior is observed only for platform version 6.x and Havana Theme.
