UP and DOWN buttons do not work correctly for the output type Table in the template editor window when creating a report for any entity #231

Environment

Description of the bug or enhancement

  1. Start to create a report
  2. Select the table template type for any entity
  3. Add some attributes
  4. Save the reports
  5. Open the Templates tab
  6. Open the template editor window
  7. Select the band

AR: UP button is enabled изображение

  1. Select the first column

AR: UP button is enabled изображение

  1. Select the penultimate column

AR: DOWN button is disabled изображение

It will also be nice to make a larger Template editor window
