Add default status for the report templates in the report REST API json output

Description of the bug or enhancement

1. Setting up REST for a project
2. Create a new report
3. Open the created report and select Visible for REST API
4. Add the several templates
5. Save the report
6. Send the following REST query http://localhost:8080/app/rest/reports/v1/report/d6ba0487-a1ff-7189-6a3a-6b554086c75b

• Actual behavior: REST API json output does not contain default status for the report templates
