Sytax Error In create-db.sql Script.

Add this add-on, and create/update the database.
Expected behavior -- reporting database tables, indexes, etc. are created.
Actual behavior -- Error, referencing line 154 of modules/core/db/init/mysql/create-db.sql, also modules/core/db/update/mysql/19/190717-add-report-execution.sql, same issue, line 25

I believe the ending ';' needs to be replaced with a '^'

My apologies. The issue is about how I am running my local mysql instance.
