system-reports-full-access role doesn't give access to "Full screen" in report editor #276

Environment

Platform version: 7.2.11

Description of the bug or enhancement

Create user, assign system-reports-full-access role to him
Relogin with this new user
Open any existing report for editing
Select dataset with Groovy or SQL band.
Press "Full screen" near the "Script" text memo on the right

Error appears:
