Run report doesn't shows reports for substituted user roles #277

Environment

Description of the bug or enhancement

  1. Add reports for role (i.e ReportRunner)
  2. Create user with login d.sevostyanov
  3. Create user with login robot-reporter with role ReportRunner
  4. Add user robot-reporter as substituted user for d.sevostyanov
  5. Create report Report for Robot and add role ReportRunner
  6. Login as d.sevostyanov and switch to robot-reporter substitution
  7. Open screen Reports - Run Reports
    • EB: Shows 1 runnable report Report for Robot
    • AB: No available reports
