Attempt to align crafting with skill/knowledge tree #23

as the crafts in #22 are better defined, the requisite skills for them should be similarly grouped unless there is a compelling reason not to. For example, a hand scythe may also be a weapon, but its form should be imaginable by a character whose done some gathering and has experience with a knife.
