Even an angelic AI character that is forced to steal to survive enough should begin to find it easier. Similarly, a user who regularly chooses to eat ahead of the regular hunger threshold should cause an adjustment in the character themselves.
Thresholds are the easiest to see, but time spent on various tasks (idling, hunting, exploring) may also fall into patterns that the character can emulate while on autopilot.
Most personality traits should be mutable and applied to decisions based on their current state.
