Generate signal LAMP_<name from block> as an output and assign from lamp. #11

Lamps needs some special handling, so when we see a lamp we need to assign an output that we can then use to drive lamps or data frames to whatever will be displaying the lamps.

Completed. Diagram Blocks with logic function Lamp do not appear as outputs from the sheet on ALDS, but the HDL generation was changed so that they appear as outputs on HDL generated from sheets, and are dealt with in the component declaration and instantiation and are generated as outputs during group generation as well. They generate as "EQUAL" blocks because on the 1410 the lamp drivers light the lamps (probably by pulling the lamp pin to ground) given a +S input from the driver inverter.
