Hopefully I am recalling correctly. A signal can be labelled as "no pin" on a card gate. Such a pin that is part of a card gate that corresponds to an ALD diagram logic block should either
1) Come from / Go to the same gate (but a different logic block) on the same sheet.
2) Come from / Go to the same card slot and gate via an sheet edge input / sheet edge output signal.
(This may be a tricky report to do!)
