I find that only use eth-netstats can also fetches information and show the page without using eth-net-intelligence-api,so who can tell me the function of eth-net-intelligence-api

I have a doubt that whether I start eth and eth-netstat fetch imformation in my own computer so i donnot need net-intelligence-api
