Added several general improvements #17

WorldEdit, together with #16 is loaded properly if you set the configuration properly.

Since _G doesn't have all the constants which we can loop on the configuration file doesn't have the functionality described here: https://github.com/cuberite/WorldEdit/pull/70#issue-72802102

It simply means you have to set the WandItem and Navigation item to a number.
