This PR addresses compatibility issues with the initial release of the SDK on Ubuntu 20.

Changes the keybindings in the Classification GUI to be system agnostic
Adds automatic detection of OS for setting environmental variable locations
Removes os.add_dll_directory bug that is not implemented in Linux
Adds content to README to clarify what additional commands beyond the installer should be run to make the code functional
