pUnwind=2 option for "do nothing" in hier.import #332

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The hier.import process only has an option to import with unwind or DeleteAllElements. There's currently no "do nothing" option which would be additive only.

Describe the solution you'd like Support pUnwind=2 for "import only"
