file write error #133

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.run the S/w and enter the password . 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected output is the main menu of the s/w ' that load all the database . But 
what comes is file write error and 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Is is android jelly bean on nexus 7 .and my s/w runs on foxprox

Please provide any additional information below.
The software I am trying to run is some data entry s/w
There is a bat file in the folder to run it
