Adding support for 10x10-16x16 #144

All cubes from 1x1 to 17x17 will now be available. Closes issue #139

How times have changed... I originally added 17x17x17 over 4 years ago in commemoration of Oskar's Over The Top.

I didn't want to make the puzzle list too long, and everything in between seemed frivolous, but we're now at the point where we have mass-produced puzzles up to 17x17x17 that turn well. 😳

So I guess what I'm saying is that it's about time! Thanks for the PR. 😊

The puzzles will have rendering issues, but not worse than 17x17x17. I think I'll cap it at 17x17x17 until I have flexible enough puzzle support to warrant unlimited size.
