Support timing information/splits in alg. #53

A simple solution for splits would be to add [1.54s] to the end of the comment in each row. This would be enough for reconstructions.

Timing information for every move would be awesome, but that would take more thinking.

twisty.js supports timestamps since cubing/twisty.js@6b85f3d998ddf3dfecc0aa2b9d2be777dbbbfbeb
