Extend canvas under range slider #67

If the range slider will stay roughly as it is, it would be nice to draw under it. This would prevent hint sticker clipping: screenshot 2014-02-19 03 23 54

Potential issue: the rendered area might appear clickable if the range slider background stays completely transparent.
