Changing puzzle to hollow stops playback but doesn't change play button. (already in #15)
Slow down half turns. (already in https://github.com/cubing/twisty.js/issues/41)
Slider is hard to see on transparent background (already in #20)
Copying and pasting can break. (need to investigate after fixing #49)
