Internationalization. #84

This is currently speedsolving.com-focused, but it certainly doesn't have to be.

Would translations help? I could translate into a couple different languages if needed

Problems, in order:

  1. Support replacing the English interface text with translations (not too hard with Angular, but not a priority for me).
  2. Get actual translations, along with a way to keep them up to date.
  3. Figure out what features/settings other communities around the world are interested in.

Feel free to work on 2., but keep mind that 1. needs to happen for it to be of any use.
