Link to WCA page for WCA competitions #121

Maybe re-use that WCA logo in the navbar. I wonder if we can check to see if official WCA results exist for a competition and try to direct people there / alert them when viewing results for old competitions?

If only the WCA website had an api to query for stuff like this =)
