Unofficial puzzles & events to support #252

Goal

I've had requests for the following puzzles:

[ ] 3x3x2 (Domino Cube)
[ ] 2x2x3 (Tower Cube)
[ ] Mirror Blocks (looking for a Mirror Blocks style scramble image to go with the scramble)
[ ] Ivy Cube
[ ] Super Ivy Cube (this is a modern version of the Rex Cube; we've been using Redi Cube scrambles for this)
[ ] Curvy Copter

Possible solution

Most of these should be easy to scramble with twsearch, but they'll also need:

Random scramble generation.
Selection of filtering bounds.
Custom SVGs and some day 3D versions.
Custom handling for mirror blocks?
... jumbling‽
