There was another inconsistency, where Daniel Tyrell and Zayd Vawda had two results. I reached out to the organizers, but they didn't know what happened there, so I took the worst results for attempts 2-4 (attempts 1 and 5 had no inconsistencies), combined them into one average, and updated their ranking. Alternatively we could completely remove their results, but I'd just go with this solution.
