Fix wrong round dates and two competitors #13

  1. Fix a bunch of invalid round dates
  2. Fix Jonas Andersson competitor at Vasteras Open 2009
  3. Fix Adrian Debly competitor at Clermont Open 2009 (there is no such person in the WCA DB, so the WCA ID is simply removed)
  4. Fix Oscar Rundberg competitor at Swedish Cube Day 2008 (same as above)
  5. Fix Hilma Pyssysalo competitor at Tampere Open 2008 (same as above)
