IPAdapter model not found #124

i have downloaded the ip-adapter.bin and placed it into "models/instantid" a04c8154630b3e636ef17f078907dbb7 however when you run the InstantID example, ac8f1c58db7c9f045d249e443b1d9bd0 it complains it cannot find the model?

any ideas why this is happening?

instant ID basic example workflow is working; ae5a6641f51ebe81eb9e9b4658a3ab9d

I can use the main unified IPAdapter nodes, yet this error is still there using the instantid_unified node example.

problem found: image this is correct ^^

febafcfad55a66e978b38d2235a3ed90 This is incorrect ^^ which is what you look at when installing the InstantID node

manual method works either way, but unified node will fail, instructions in the InstantID repo give incomplete / outdated instructions for the filename. I followed the first image to download and rename the files and we are all good.
