How to scroll page further down if the end of IScroll-field reached and mouseWheel: true? #1093

Can't find how a visitor can scroll page further down if mouseWheel: true, the end of IScroll-field already reached, mouse is located over IScroll-field at the moment ? By default in this situation there is no page scrolling by mouse wheel and a visitor need to move cursor aside of IScroll-field then scroll page. Help me with this issue, please!
