Use ocamlformat if available
Upgrade to dune 2.0 and Menhir 2.0
examples compile main.lgl if available
remove modd.conf
phong_ts had a redefinition error on gl_FragColor so I changed it from a declaration to an assignment

Yikes, missing a $. Should be BUILD_ARGS:=$(if $(command -v ocamlformat),@install @fmt --auto-promote,@install)
