mygfa is now on PyPI (and therefore installable with pip install mygfa). I also set up simple Sphinx-based API documentation for the top-level stuff; surely, there must be a lot more to do here to make the docs better, but this is at least a start.
pip install mygfa
The docs will (hopefully) appear here once the Action is in action: http://cucapra.github.io/pollen/mygfa/
