slow_odgi: think about `depth.uniq` and other such variants that require `subset_paths` #23

Just a bookmark to think about this shortly. For now I have an incorrect treatment in place. I am doing something reasonable in terms of uniqueness, but not yet giving users the option of specifying a subset of paths to consider.
