[x] Make it so that all the odgi commands build against .og files and all slow-odgi commands against .gfa files. Mostly true already, just patch.
[x] Time the total time for all of odgi's stuff to run, versus the total time for all of slow-odgi's stuff to run. Of course a better treatment would be to go higher-res, breaking it down by command and by test file. I'll kick that can down the road until milestone 0.2.
[x] Pipe the output to /dev/null; this gives speedup and sooorta cuts out the artificial slowdown created by printing. A better treatment of this is coming in milestone 0.2.
