I've killed off slow_odgi install instructions from the top-level README; this avoids having two sets of instructions for us to maintain and reduces user confusion wrt relative paths and so on. Now the top-level just points to the slow_odgi README, and the instructions live there exclusively.
In the instructions, I've clarified how to run slow_odgi in the instance where the user wants to proceed without an executable, i.e., using python -m. The issue was that Python needed to be told about mygfa via an addition to PYTHONPATH.
