a bug about Web Interface on windows,error mimetype #2613

I installed cuckoo 2.0.6 on windows 8.1 . The other part is good but when i use the web interface ,it seems work not good.My brsower warning me that mime type is error.I press F12 to debug and i found that all js file's reponse-http-header is error and the content-type is text/align.I know the web interface is django.So i try to edit the C:\Python27\Lib\site-packages\cuckoo\web\web\headers.py and put a "#" in the front of "response["X-Content-Type-Options"] = "nosniff"".And this time ,everything is good. So do you have this question too?Is it a bug on windows?through I solve it now， But I want to know why? Can you explain it for me? My dear clever brothers! Sorry for my poor english,thanks!
