Cuckoo not starting after update to 2.0.7 #2760

My issue is:

Not starting after Update

My Cuckoo version and operating system are:

2.0.6 -> 2.0.7 (Ubuntu 18)

This can be reproduced by:

Restart cuckoo

The log, error, files etc can be found at:
