Currently, the source is still mostly linuxdoom, so it's still using UNIX functions and X11, which isn't very portable. Replace with C standard and SDL2

X11 has been fully stripped out and replaced with SDL2 as of https://github.com/cuckydev/CuckyDOOM/commit/fb7da46d38d342a54230f60b78b9bbcf52080f2c
