Looks great! Sone suggestions:

• Typo: new shiny new
• #### Events API is not rendered properly. Tab?
• Some links to events don't work
• Transforms won't be deprecated, see https://github.com/cucumber/cucumber-ruby/issues/1190#issuecomment-330643132
• There are 2 breaking changes, Transform and nested capture groups. See my blog post.
• The vision for 4.0 doesn't need to be in there
