Restore cukebot user #64

Description

This restore cukebot user for safer and more consistent builds

The original purpose of removing it was to fix permission issues related to ruby. Actually the permission issue was due to an error with the installation of splitsh/lite.

Some java components pinned a previous version of the build image to continue using the cukebot user.

I still don't think we need the cukebot user, but if it works, let's use it! 😁
